Armory Farm ships through UPS Ground, YRC and ABF, typically takes 3-5 days to ship. Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days, however, please allow for longer shipping periods during holidays and busy times. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address, and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Armory Farm from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
Shipping Restrictions for Ammunition
- Armory Farm does not ship outside the continental United States.
- We do not ship ammunition to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands: No sales of any products.
California: Dear customers please have your dealer e-mail us a copy of their FFL or Ammunition vendor license along with your order number to customerservice@armoryfarm.com within 5 business days to avoid cancellation and refund. We only ship to FFL owners.
Connecticut: We require a valid state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or an ammunition certificate along with your driver’s license uploaded while checking out or e-mail to customerservice@armoryfarm.com before we can ship your ammunition order in 5 business days to avoid cancelation and refund.
Illinois: Please upload your state`s credentials and a photo ID while you are checking out or e-mail to customerservice@armoryfarm.com before we ship your ammunition order in 5 business days to avoid cancellation and refund. We can ship to companies in Cook County, Illinois registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file, which can be uploaded using the link in registration process.
No sales of ammunition to the City of Chicago.
All other areas in Illinois require a state issued photo ID and FOID card, which can be uploaded using the link while checking out or can be emailed to customerservice@armoryfarm.com
Massachusetts: Dear customers please have your dealer e-mail us a copy of their FFL or Ammunition license along with your order number to customerservice@armoryfarm.com within 5 business days to avoid cancellation and refund. We can ship to companies in Massachusetts registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file, which can be uploaded using the link below. When placing your order, include your billing information for billing purposes, but make sure to include the shipping information of your registered FFL.
We cannot ship ammunition to Massachusetts residents directly.
New Jersey: For all shot shell ammunition purchases no documentation needed. For handgun ammunition we require a New Jersey firearms/ammunition identification card on file before we can ship your order. Please upload your identification card while checking out or e-mail to customerservice@armoryfarm.com within 5 business days to avoid cancellation and refund.
New York: We will verify your shipping address is not in a location requiring delivery to FFL. We will reach you out if we need more information.
Washington DC: No sales of any products.

Shipping Delays
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team. Shipping Loss or Damage
In the event of a lost package or damaged package you must report the loss immediately. Shipments damages must be reported to Medef USA LLC / Armory Farm by email (in no more than 3 days, in order for us to file a loss claim for restitution.)
Please be aware that armoryfarm.com uses UPS shipping as its shipping partner. armoryfarm.com is not responsible for any UPS shipping related issue. armoryfarm.com will help with any documents or information needed to accelerate UPS investigation that the customer shall file independently.
Order Cancellation
If an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled after the payment has been processed, it will be treated as a return and you are responsible for the return fees.
Order Changes
Changes to your order cannot be made once it has been processed and shipped. If changes are made after shipment, the order will be treated as return.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
When an order is placed with Armory Farm, the customer agrees to accept the order at the address provided at the time of checkout. Any delivery that is refused and returned to the warehouse will be considered a “return” and you will forfeit the purchase amount, taxes and shipping costs.
Final Sale
All ammunition sales are final.
